    Sign in to the web app and find your way around: the sidebar, search, the Top Bar and your account menu.

    What the app is

    The app is Lumenbase in your browser. It is where your team works every day: contacts, deals, tasks, the Feed and Lumo. Everything Claude, MCP clients and the API do lands in the same records you see here.

    Sign in

    Open the app

    Go to app.lumenbase.io. If your workspace has its own address, such as yourcompany.lumenbase.io, you can sign in there instead.

    Sign in

    Enter your email and password and click Sign In, or click Sign in with Google. You land in your workspace.

    Forgot your password? Click Forgot password? on the sign-in page to get a reset link by email.

    Every page has the same frame: the sidebar on the left, the Top Bar above the page.

      Sidebar: every page you can open, with search at the top and your account menu at the foot.

      Top Bar: the page title on the left and its actions on the right. Tabs and filters sit in the bar too.

      Page: lists, boards and records. Click a row to open it.
    ToDo this
    Open a pageClick it in the sidebar. Collapsed, the sidebar shows icons only: hover one to see its name, or choose Expand sidebar in the account menu.
    Search everythingClick the search button at the top of the sidebar, or press ⌘K (CtrlK on Windows).
    Open Settings, your profile or sign outClick the account menu next to your name at the foot of the sidebar.
    Hide, show or reorder pagesIn the same menu, choose Organize menu.
    Switch suiteIf your workspace has more than one suite, such as Sales and Delivery, switch at the foot of the sidebar.
    See running imports and noticesHover the small tab at the top center of the page. It opens the Activity list and your Lumo credits.
    The Summary bar with your KPIs starts hidden. To turn it on, go to SettingsPersonalPreferences and switch off Minimal mode under Summary bar.
