    Core Workflow

How the Feed decides what needs you: folders, cards, dismiss durations, bulk actions, and your own view settings.

    What the Feed is

The Feed is the page you open first. Lumo watches your CRM, email, calendar, and LinkedIn signals, then posts a card for anything that needs a person: a contact worth a message, a draft ready to review, a deal going quiet, a piece of workspace hygiene.

Cards arrive as the work arises rather than in one morning batch, so the page is a live stream, not a fixed daily list. Everything on it is a suggestion. Nothing sends until you approve it.

The Feed replaced the Today page. Old bookmarks still work and land you here.

Hi Ada, thanks for the note on pricing. Happy to walk through the Q3 options on a short call.

    What gets a card

One rule decides this: Lumo only drafts for contacts on a list with an active Routine. Nothing else opts a contact in. If someone is not on such a list, Lumo will not write to them, however active they look.

    • Routine + list scope decides who. Set it up in Routine and List segmentation.
    • CRM data decides when: activities, email, calendar, deals, tasks, and LinkedIn signals from the browser extension.
    • Your Routine text decides how a draft reads: scope, tone, qualification, and channel.
An empty Feed usually means no list has an active Routine attached, not that there is nothing to do. Check the list first.

    The three page sections

TabWhat it holdsWhen to open it
FeedThe work waiting on you: approvals, drafts, and adviceDaily. This is the default view when you open the page.
KnowledgeWhat Lumo has durably learned about your contacts and companiesBefore a call, or when you want to check where a fact came from.
NoticesTime-bound things Lumo recorded: commitments, meetings, deal eventsWhen you need the dated record rather than the standing profile.

Knowledge is the standing profile Lumo built from emails, messages, and meetings. Each entry shows what it learned from and how confident it is, and links back to the timeline item it came from. Notices is the dated half: commitments made, meetings booked, deal events recorded.

    Folders inside the Feed

    FolderWhat it showsNotes
TrackedCards about contacts on a list with an active Routine, plus every deal, company, and workspace item.Always present. This is where your queue lives.
UntrackedCards about a person no Routine is tracking, such as an inbound email from a stranger.Appears only when it holds something.
DismissedCards you snoozed or muted, with Restore and Trash on each one.Appears only when it holds something.
Deal, company, and workspace cards are never untracked. They have no single contact to track, so they stay on Tracked.

    Working a card

    Approve, edit, or dismiss

Each card carries the action Lumo proposes and the evidence behind it. Open the evidence drawer to see which activity, email, or signal triggered it. Drafts are editable in place before you send.

    Dismiss durations

The Dismiss button is a menu, so the common case takes one tap. Timed snoozes show an Undo toast.

    OptionWhat it does
Until tomorrowSnoozes the whole contact and brings it back the next day.
    For a weekSame, with a seven-day gap.
    For a monthSame, with a one-month gap.
ForeverMutes the contact. Nothing about them returns to the Feed.
More optionsOpens the full dialog: mute one action type instead of the person, report wrong information, or leave a note.
The four durations dismiss the contact, not one card. To silence a single kind of recommendation and keep the rest, use More options and mute the action type.

    Bulk actions

Select cards to get the bulk bar. Connection requests, LinkedIn messages, and emails each get their own group, so you can send with the drafted message, send without one, or dismiss the whole selection. Bulk runs happen in the background and cannot be undone.

    Re-drafting

After you change a Routine, re-draft the cards already waiting so they match the new instructions. Re-draft all rewrites every shown draft; re-draft with a note lets you add one instruction on top of the Routine, such as making it shorter. Each rewrite replaces the existing text and spends Lumo credits, and the confirm dialog shows the estimate before you commit.

    Filtering and clearing

    • Search matches across the cards currently loaded.
    • Action type narrows to the recommendation types you pick.
    • Clear feed hides everything shown. It dismisses nothing: the items are still waiting, and the empty state tells you how many are hidden. Restore them from the same menu.

    Feed settings

The cog beside the filter bar controls your own view. It is per user, so changing it does not affect teammates.

    Feed lines

    LineWhat it adds
Workflow adviceTips that improve the workspace: deal hygiene, list suggestions, and similar.
Monitoring linesQuiet perception beats, where Lumo notices a pattern before escalating it.
Recently resolvedActions you approved or dismissed in the last 7 days.
Activity logRecent execution events across jobs, automations, and agentic runs.
Telemetry linesShort system lines when Lumo finishes a background check.

    Recommendation types

Switch a type off to hide it. Lumo keeps producing it in the background, so flipping it back shows the history rather than starting from empty.

    Notifications

Choose whether to get in-app toasts for urgent approvals, actions sent as you, or all Feed activity. These are in-app only today; email and push are not wired up.

Workspace-wide gates, autonomy limits, and credit caps live in Settings → Workspace → Lumo, not here.

    When the Feed looks wrong

What you seeWhat it meansWhat to do
Nothing at allNo list has an active Routine, or every card is hidden.Attach a Routine to a list; check Restore hidden in the filter menu.
A credits banner instead of draftsThe workspace or your seat ran out of Lumo credits this period.Top up or wait for the period to reset (Settings → Workspace → Billing).
Drafts held for reviewA new Routine is calibrating. It writes a few samples first so you can judge the quality.Read the samples, then hit "Draft the rest" to release the others.
A Routine may be miscalibratedLumo paused it because its early drafts kept getting rewritten.Hit Review, edit the Routine script, and save. That resumes it and re-drafts the rest.
Everything sits in UntrackedThe people in question are not on a list with an active Routine.Add them to one, or work them from the contact record instead.
