    Full seats are billed per seat, monthly or yearly. Changes are prorated and appear on your next invoice. Viewer seats are free and never count toward your billed capacity.

    Settings > Company Settings > Billing. Adding a seat takes effect immediately and is prorated; reducing seats applies at the next billing cycle.
