Communication

    Core Workflow

One inbox for email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram, and Signal, threaded per conversation and linked to the contact record.

    What you can do here

Communication puts every channel you talk to people on in one list: email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram, and Signal. The contact record sits beside the message, so you can answer and update the CRM in the same place.

    • Clear a morning of replies without switching between five apps.
    • Hand a conversation to a colleague going on holiday, without sharing your mailbox login.
    • Check what a customer last said before you walk into a call.
    • Snooze a thread until the day you actually promised to follow up.

    Can we move Thursday?

    • 1
Status filters: Your working queues, down the left

One list: Email and chat threaded together

    Connect a channel

Start with the one you use most. You can add the others later, and nothing breaks if you only ever connect email.

    1

    Open your personal integrations

Settings → Personal → Integrations. These are your own accounts, not the whole team's.

    Check the light

Each channel shows a status light. If a channel cannot reach your account it says so rather than showing you an empty list you might mistake for a quiet week.

    Work through the day

Use the status as your queue

Set a status as you go and the left rail becomes your to-do list. Most people live in Needs reply and check Waiting on them once a day.

    StatusUse it when
OpenNothing is waiting. Where conversations start.
Needs replyThe ball is with you.
Waiting on themYou replied and are waiting.
SnoozedHidden until the time you chose.
DoneHandled, and out of your way.

Snooze instead of leaving it unread

Snooze takes a conversation out of the list until later today, tomorrow, next week, or a date you pick. It comes back exactly as you left it. That beats an unread flag you learn to ignore.

    Pin, star, and flag

Pinning holds a conversation at the top of the list. Starring is a personal marker with its own filter. Flagging marks something for follow-up. None of the three change the status, so you can combine them freely.

Clear a backlog in one go

Select several conversations to set a status, archive, or delete them together. Deleting removes the conversation and its history from the CRM for good, so it asks you to confirm first.

    Turn a message into work

    • Create a follow-up task from the conversation. It arrives already linked to the contact, so it shows on their timeline.
    • Update the contact from the panel beside the thread: title, phone, notes, and ratings, without leaving the message.
    • Schedule a send when you are writing outside someone's working hours. Scheduled messages are listed, and you can cancel one before it goes.

Decide who else can see it

Every conversation is either private to you, shared with named people, or open to the whole workspace. It is the same control you use on files and lists.

Set your default before you connect a personal mailbox. Each channel has its own default in Settings → Personal → Integrations, and a conversation you never set by hand follows it. Connect first and you may share more than you meant to.

Sharing a conversation shares the thread and its history, not your account. Nobody gains access to your mailbox or your LinkedIn login.

    What you seeWhat to do
A channel shows nothing at allCheck its status light. A channel that lost access says so; reconnect it from your personal integrations.
