What the Telegram integration does
Link your own Telegram account to bring contact conversations into the Communication inbox and contact timelines. Replies sent from Lumenbase go through your linked account one at a time.

My Settings > Integrations > Telegram. Each workspace member links their own account.Request a QR code
Open Telegram on your phone
Settings > Devices > Link Desktop Device, then scan the QR code shown in Lumenbase.Complete two-step verification

History
Lumenbase imports recent contact conversations, then keeps new messages in sync.
Contact matching
Telegram may hide phone numbers, so some conversations need to be linked to a contact by hand.
Open the channel history in Communication to review unmatched conversations and link them to contacts.
Privacy
Personal and shared visibility follows your Communication privacy setting. Review that setting before sharing conversation history with the workspace.
Troubleshooting
The QR code expired
- Request a new QR code in integration settings.
- Open Telegram on your phone before requesting the code.
- Keep both devices online until linking completes.
Messages are missing
- Confirm Telegram still shows as connected.
- Check that the sender is linked to a CRM contact.
- Confirm conversation sync is enabled.
- Review the Needs linking section for unmatched conversations.
The integration is locked
Signal and Telegram require Plus or a higher plan. A workspace admin can review the current plan on the billing page.
