    Settings → Lumo hub

Workspace admins open Settings → Workspace Settings → Lumo for one place to manage Lumo: surface gates, which lists use auto-classification, Codex LinkedIn monitoring status, company profile readiness, Leads kanban admin toggle, and credit usage.

Super Admins maintain global models and prompt templates in admin Lumo configuration; the Lumo settings page is what your team uses day to day.

Add a path segment to jump to an inner tab, for example: /settings/workspace/lumo/usage

    Workspace surface gates

Each major Lumo experience can be enabled or disabled for the workspace. When a gate is off, that UI may hide Lumo entry points or block generation.

    Credits and monthly caps

    Workspace credits bar

Lumo tracks consumption per workspace against a shared monthly allowance on your plan. The features tab shows a segmented bar: each member's slice width matches their share of the combined allowance, and the fill shows how much of their own allowance they used this period (green, yellow, or red).

    What consumes credits

    • Daily briefing and contact recommendations
    • Chat messages (model + tool rounds)
    • Codex co-create and list classification runs
    • Leads kanban classification batches
    • Company enrichment, including web research

Credit cost is metered against a single central price list, so every meter and pre-flight estimate agrees. Model usage is priced per token; tool usage (for example web search during enrichment and research) is priced at provider cost plus a small margin. That is why a bulk "Enrich all" run shows a credit estimate before it starts.

    Remote outreach (MCP)

On the Features tab, workspace admins can allow remote LinkedIn outreach for MCP connections. That is separate from surface gates: each user must also opt in under Settings → Integrations → LinkedIn before remote messages can queue. See CRM interfaces for connector setup.

When the monthly cap is reached, new Lumo requests may be blocked until your plan renews. Check Analytics under the Lumo settings tab or your billing plan limits.

    Seat vs. workspace credits

Lumo spends against two separate monthly ledgers, and every credit surface (the SummaryBar, My Lumo, Lumo Overview/Usage, and Billing) shows both so they never disagree. Both renew when your plan renews.

    The two ledgers

    • Seat credits — interactive work you trigger yourself. Every seat has its own personal monthly allowance.
    • Workspace credits — scheduled and automated work that runs with no user attached, against a separate workspace-wide allowance. The full meter is visible to workspace admins.

Rule of thumb: if you kicked it off and waited on it, it's on your meter. If Lumo did it on its own (a schedule, a sweep, an automated pass), it's on the workspace meter. Non-admins always see their personal meter; the workspace ledger is admin-managed.

    Prepaid credit top-ups

Beyond your plan's monthly allowance, workspace admins can buy prepaid creditsup front from Settings → Billing → Top up credits. Checkout runs through Stripe, and the purchased balance is added to your workspace.

    How prepaid credits are spent

    • Prepaid balance is spent before any metered overage, so top-ups act as a buffer for heavy days.
    • Top-ups are a workspace balance, separate from the per-seat and workspace monthly caps.
    • The Billing page shows your remaining prepaid balance alongside the day's usage.
Caps renew each billing period, no roll-over. Top-ups are useful when a one-off push — a big enrichment sweep or a busy outreach day — would otherwise hit the cap.

    Checklist before going live

    1. Fill company description under Settings → Company → Profile.
    2. Enable required surface gates for Today, Chat, and Codex.
    3. Link Codex to lists.
    4. Connect email for drafts and mail tools.
    5. If using leads auto-move: configure funnel stage rules and admin-allow Leads Lumo.
