Plans, Billing, and Subscriptions
Manage your workspace plan, seats, payment method, and subscription invoices.

Where to manage billing
Workspace admins open (or use the Billing shortcut in the sidebar when you have permission). From there you can compare plans, change seats, update payment method, and download invoices.
Plans and seats
Each workspace is on a plan that unlocks features (for example System Operations, advanced integrations, or Lumen credits). Plans are billed per workspace, often with a seat count for active users.
- Compare plans on the Plans tab before upgrading — you see what changes immediately.
- Seat changes apply to how many users can be invited; remove inactive users before lowering seats.
- After checkout you return to Lumenbase automatically; subscription data refreshes within a few seconds.
Invoices in the CRM vs workspace billing
CRM Invoices track customer billing tied to deals and accounts. Workspace billing invoices are your Lumenbase subscription charges — they live only under Company Settings → Billing.
Troubleshooting
Payment failed or plan did not update
- Refresh the Billing page after returning from Stripe.
- Confirm you are a workspace admin with billing.view permission.
- If the charge succeeded but the plan is wrong, open a support request with the Stripe receipt.
Feature still locked after upgrade
Sign out and back in, or wait a minute for usage limits to refresh. Some features also require Company Settings configuration (for example integrations).
