How do I install the Lumenbase browser extension?
Add Lumenbase from the Chrome Web Store in Chrome or Brave and pin its icon. A welcome tab opens: click Get started, then Sign in to Lumenbase, and sign in on the Connect Extension page that opens. You are done when the popup shows your workspace name with Switch and Disconnect.
Which browsers does the Lumenbase extension support?
Chrome, version 116 or later, and Brave. Other browsers are not supported.
Does the extension see my LinkedIn password?
No. It never asks for it. It works inside the LinkedIn tab you are already signed in to, and saves only your LinkedIn conversations, your connections and the people you add.
Why are my LinkedIn messages not showing up in the CRM?
Check four things. A LinkedIn tab is open, since sync runs only then. Enable LinkedIn sync is on at Settings, Personal, My integrations, LinkedIn. The contact has their LinkedIn profile URL on the record, which is how messages are matched. The popup does not say Not connected. Unmatched messages still show in Communication.
