Lumenbase Capture is a small extension for Chrome and Brave. It works quietly in the background while you use LinkedIn and take calls, and saves the people and conversations that matter into your CRM. Three steps, about a minute.

What changes once it is on
Nothing about how you sell changes. What changes is that you stop retyping it. Here is one thread, from first message to the moment somebody else reads it.

What we never see
LinkedIn is read in your own browser, on the pages you are already looking at. Only the people and conversations you capture are saved to your workspace, where the usual sharing rules apply.
What we never see
- Your LinkedIn password. The extension never asks for it.
- Your LinkedIn account. It reads the pages open in your browser, the same ones you are looking at.
- Anything you do outside LinkedIn and your meetings. Other tabs are none of its business.
- Your connections and conversations, until you turn sync on. Nothing is captured before that.
What gets saved
- People you capture, with their name, role, and company.
- Your LinkedIn conversations, filed on the right person.
- Your connections, so you can search them inside Lumenbase.
- Meetings you choose to record, and the transcript that comes back.
Sign out of the extension, or remove it, and it stops straight away. Anything already saved in your CRM stays where it is.
Good to know before you start
- It starts fresh. Conversations from before you install it are not brought in.
- It works while you do. Capture runs when LinkedIn is open, not overnight in the background.
- It is for real conversations. You can send LinkedIn messages one at a time from Lumenbase, once remote messaging is switched on. There is no mass sending and no auto-connecting.
- Chrome and Brave only. Other browsers are not supported. Edge, Opera, and Arc may install it, but we do not test them.
- One computer at a time. Working from a second machine means adding it there too.
If something is not working
