Overview
Deleting a workspace permanently removes the organization, all CRM data, users tied to that workspace, and workspace billing. This is not a prominent self-service action in the app. Lumenbase processes workspace deletion through support after you submit a request.
Before you request deletion
- Export your data. Run exports from entity list pages (Contacts, Companies, Deals, and others) or follow Export Data and Account Closure.
- Cancel or settle billing. Workspace admins should review
Settings → Workspace → Billingand cancel or downgrade the subscription if you have an active plan. See Plans and billing. - Remove users who should keep their Lumenbase login. If someone only needs to leave the workspace (not delete it), an admin can remove them under
Settings → Workspace → User Managementinstead of deleting the whole workspace.
What it looks like: export and billing
Export is available on Contacts, Companies, Deals, and other list pages (and via batch jobs after you start an export).
- 1Export: Opens the export dialog for the current entity. Repeat for each data type you need.

- 1Billing tab: Workspace admins open Billing under the Workspace section of Settings.
- 2Manage plan: Cancel or change the subscription before requesting workspace deletion.
How to request workspace deletion
When you are ready, open a support request through Help Center:
- At the bottom of the main sidebar, open the ⋯ menu and choose Help Center.
- On the Help Center page, click New Request (top of the left panel).
- Choose a category (Billing or Question is fine).
- In the subject and message, state clearly that you want the workspace deleted.
- Include the workspace name and the owner email (the account that owns or administers the workspace).
- Click Submit Request.

New Support Request
Describe your issue and we'll get back to you
- 1Subject: Short title, e.g. “Delete workspace: [name]”.
- 2Category: Billing or Question both work.
- 3Message: Include workspace name, owner email, and confirmation you exported data / canceled billing.
- 4Submit Request: Support picks up the ticket and processes deletion on the backend.
Support verifies the request and runs deletion on the backend. You will receive follow-up in the request thread if anything else is needed.
Leave a workspace vs delete it
Leave as a user
If you only want to stop using one workspace but keep your personal account, ask a workspace admin to remove you from Settings → Workspace → User Management. The workspace and its data stay intact.
Delete the entire workspace
Only use the Help Center request flow above when the whole organization should be removed. Typically the workspace owner or a workspace admin submits the request.
