Export Data and Account Closure
Export CRM records, use backups, and request workspace closure.

Export, backup, and account closure each use a different part of the app. See Trust & Security for the full capability overview.
What you can do
- Export CRM records you have permission to view
- Restore soft-deleted data or workspace snapshots (admins, eligible plans)
- Leave a workspace or request full workspace deletion
Where to do it
Export CRM data
Use System Operations → Data Hub to export contacts, companies, deals, and other entities. Exports respect your permissions.
- Open Data Hub → Export (or the export action for the entity you need).
- Choose entity type and filters if offered.
- Download the generated file when the job completes.
Backups and recovery
Workspace admins open Data Hub → Recovery & Backups for trash recovery and workspace snapshots where enabled for your plan.
Closing or leaving a workspace
To remove only yourself, ask an admin to remove you under Settings → Company Settings → User Management. To delete the entire workspace, follow How to delete a workspace.
