Open Settings > Workspace > Integrations > Twilio. Workspace settings permission is required to manage the connection.
What are the limits of the Twilio integration?
A provider subscription, numbers and call permissions are required. Provider calls and messages may incur charges. A contact phone number and correct matching are needed to attach events to its timeline. Connecting does not authorize recording consent for your callers. Review your recording obligations and switches. SMS capability and number handling must be available on the chosen number. Twilio SMS is separate from the personal WhatsApp integration.
