How does a won deal become an engagement?
It appears on Projects, Handoffs. The handoff needs the deal marked Won, an active final contract (unless an admin turns that off), at least one sold role with weekly hours, start and end dates, and a delivery owner.
Why can I not log time?
Time is logged against an assignment, so you need to be staffed on an engagement, and your user has to be linked to a consultant record. Timesheets is also a separate plan feature from the rest of Delivery.
Where do I set the utilization target?
Settings, Suites, Delivery. That page also holds the bench threshold, roll-off warning window, seniority levels, average bill rate and planning grain.
