Where do I configure Custom Email (SMTP)?
Open Settings > Personal > My integrations > Custom Email (SMTP). Each person connects their own account.
What are the limits of the Custom Email (SMTP) integration?
SMTP sends mail. It does not provide an IMAP inbox or calendar sync. Gmail and Microsoft 365 inbox and calendar connections are separate. Successful authentication does not ensure delivery. Sender authorization, provider limits and spam filtering still apply.
