Where do I configure Webhooks?
Open Settings > Workspace > Integrations > Webhooks. Workspace settings permission is required to manage the connection.
What are the limits of the Webhooks integration?
This is outbound event delivery, not an inbound API for writing CRM records. Retries mean a receiver may see the same event more than once. A test delivery proves that request only. Inspect delivery history for real events and failures.
