Does Lumenbase import my Meta campaigns, spend or leads?
Selected accounts import campaigns, ad sets, ads and daily spend, impressions and clicks. Consented website tracking can relate campaigns to known CRM records. Lead forms are not imported.
Who can connect Meta Ads?
The workspace owner, or a member with Ads management permission. The workspace also needs the Marketing suite turned on.
Why does Meta Ads say Reconnect required?
The authorization from Meta has expired or was revoked. Click Reconnect and approve the same business portfolio in Meta. Lumenbase does not renew it automatically.
Can I switch the workspace to another Meta business portfolio?
Yes, but not with Reconnect. Disconnect Meta Ads first, then connect again and choose the other business portfolio.
Does disconnecting remove Lumenbase in Meta?
No. Disconnect deletes the access Lumenbase stored. To remove the app in Meta too, open Meta Business Settings, Integrations, Connected apps.
