Does Lumenbase book or send invoices in Fortnox?
Lumenbase creates unbooked drafts in Fortnox. It books a draft only when you click Book in Fortnox, and it never emails the customer from Fortnox.
Why can't I send invoices to Fortnox?
The Fortnox company needs invoice access, approved with Authorize invoice drafts. You need Editor access to that company, permission to edit invoices and two-factor sign-in. The invoice must be issued.
How often do Fortnox invoices and payments sync?
About every 15 minutes per Fortnox company. The first run imports the full history without creating activities or automations.
Why can't I record a payment on a Fortnox invoice?
Fortnox owns payments for invoices imported from it and for invoices sent to it while Payment status is on. Register the payment in Fortnox and it shows up in Lumenbase.
Does Remove local access disconnect Lumenbase in Fortnox?
No. It deletes the access stored in Lumenbase. The approval stays in Fortnox until you remove it there.
