    Overview

Use Lumenbase Portage to move an Attio workspace into Lumenbase: companies, people, deals, and notes. The flow lives in System Operations → Data Hub → Lumenbase Portage, where you paste your Attio API token inline — no separate Integrations step needed.

See the Lumenbase Portage hub for the shared wizard steps, background jobs, and rollback behavior.

    Before you start

    1. Create an Attio API token with read access to the objects you plan to migrate (companies, people, deals, notes).
    2. Paste your Attio API token when the Portage wizard asks, and confirm the workspace name matches your source org.
    3. Plan owner mapping: Attio workspace members are matched to Lumenbase users in the Configure step.
Attio deals import into a default pipeline in Lumenbase when Attio does not expose Pipedrive-style pipeline metadata. Review deal stages after import and adjust pipelines if needed.

    Wizard steps

    1

    Scan

Portage counts companies, people, deals, and notes in your Attio workspace (read-only).
    2

    Configure

Select entity types and map Attio members to Lumenbase owners.
    3

    Preview

Confirm record counts before starting the import batch job.
    4

    Import

Records land in dependency order with provenance for rollback. Large jobs can continue in the background.
    5

    Summary

Review imported counts or roll back the session if you need a clean retry.
