Can an Admin see a record I set to Private?
No. Private and Private + records and conversations are hidden from Admins and the workspace Owner. The exception is a record whose owner was deactivated or removed: Admins can then see it so they can reassign it.
What is the difference between a seat and a role?
The role decides which areas someone can open and how much they can do in each. The seat is the ceiling: a Viewer seat is read only everywhere, whatever the role grants. The seat also decides billing.
Do Viewer seats cost anything?
No. Viewer seats are free and do not count toward your plan's seats. They can read the areas their role allows, and cannot create, edit, delete or use Lumo.
What does Private + mean?
Only the owner and the people, teams or roles they add. On files, lists and dashboards Admins are included too. On records and conversations they are not.
Do teams change what someone can do?
No. A team is a group you can share with, assign work to and report on. What each member can do still comes from their own role and seat.
