    Overview

    Lumenbase does not offer a one-click HubSpot API migration today. Most teams move via exported spreadsheets through , with optional support for large or custom field mappings.

    Recommended approach

    1. From HubSpot, export contacts, companies, and deals to CSV (include associated company and owner columns where possible).
    2. In Lumenbase open System Operations → Data Hub → Import and upload each file per entity type.
    3. Map columns to Lumenbase fields; use link fields to connect deals to companies and contacts.
    4. Run duplicate handling on contacts (email) and companies (name/website).
    5. Import activities or notes in a second pass if you exported them separately.
    Start with a small sample file (50 rows) to validate mappings before importing the full export.

    Field mapping tips

    HubSpot lifecycle stage and lead status do not map 1:1 to Lumenbase Lists/Leads/Deals — plan how each HubSpot stage becomes a Lumenbase pipeline stage or list. See the Customer Lifecycle Funnel Guide and Lumenbase Model.
