Workspace setup splits what you configure (team, billing, fields, integrations) from where each setting lives in Settings and System Operations.
What you configure
- Team access: invites, roles, mandatory 2FA policy
- Billing: plans, seats, payment methods
- CRM structure: data fields, funnel stages, company bands, dropdown options
- Integrations: Slack, Apollo, email, API keys, and other workspace connections
- Appearance: workspace theme, under the workspace Profile page
- Lumo: AI gates, credits, LinkedIn monitoring toggles
- Personal profile: name, avatar, timezone, mailbox OAuth, notification preferences
Where to configure it
Workspace
Admins open Settings → Workspace. Pages are permission-gated. If you do not see one, your role does not include that area.
- Profile: company details, currency, workspace theme, logos, design systems
- Configuration: data fields, funnel stages, company bands, task bundles, data hygiene, LumenScore, forecasting
- Security: two-factor policy and audit
- Users: members, permissions, teams
- Features: referrals, delivery, contracts, invoicing
- Billing: plans, payment, subscription invoices
- Lumo: workspace policy, jobs, usage
- Legal & Compliance: privacy notice and event email
- Integrations: workspace-level connections (Slack, Apollo, Jira, etc.)
- API: keys and connectors
Personal
Each user manages their own profile and personal connections.
- My Profile: name, avatar, security
- Preferences: theme, language, layout
- Notifications: personal alert preferences
- My Lumo: sender identity, opt-ins, consent
- Scheduling: booking links and availability
- Integrations: Gmail or Outlook OAuth for your mailbox, calendar, LinkedIn
- MCP: connect an AI app over MCP
System Operations
Operational surfaces, separate from Settings. Automations is its own top-level sidebar item, not part of this group.
- Data Hub: import, Portage, history, recovery, export
- Hygiene Hub: duplicates, stale records, merge history, normalize, enrichment
- Security Center: exports, integrations, security events (admins)
- Process history: background runs and results
Suggested setup order
- Confirm plan and seats
- Invite the team
- Configure fields and pipelines under
Settings → Workspace → Configuration - Connect integrations. See the email guide and integration articles
- Link Routine to lists and turn on Lumo features in Lumo settings & credits
